Returns & Refund Policy

At Talavéa Wellness, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

* Return requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
* Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
* Products must arrive back to us in new condition.
* We reserve the right to refuse returns that are opened, damaged, missing original packaging, or requested after the 15-day return period.

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, opened supplements and ingestible wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Many supplement companies only accept returns on unopened products because ingestible products cannot be resold once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly:

* Cover the return shipping cost
* Provide a prepaid return label if needed
* Replace the item as quickly as possible
* Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available

Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box when contacting us about damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective items returned in new, unopened condition:

* A 30% restocking fee will apply
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected

Restocking fees are common in the supplement industry for non-defective returns and usually range from 15% to 25%. ([Respond Wellness][1])

Return Instructions

Step 1: Contact Talavéa Wellness Customer Support at hello@talaveawellness.com  to request return authorization.

Step 2: Safely package your item in sturdy packaging. Products must be tightly sealed and securely packaged so they arrive in new condition.

Step 3: Include your order number or return authorization information inside the package.

Step 4: Ship your return using the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Please note that Talavéa Wellness is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping if products are not packaged securely.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Additional Notes

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Talavéa Wellness reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, our standard return policy for non-defective products will apply.

Wrong Shipping Address

Talavéa Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, less any applicable shipping charges and the 30% restocking fee.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us by the carrier as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender, we may issue a refund for the product cost only, less original shipping costs and the 30% restocking fee.

If the returned package is not received back by Talavéa Wellness due to carrier loss, destruction, or disposal, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Clearance items, promotional bundles, gift cards, and final sale products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Talavéa Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refused international shipments.
