Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the items ordered, shipping destination, and shipping method selected.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after processing. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other factors outside of our control may occasionally occur.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@talaveawellness.com.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the original purchase date for U.S. orders, please contact us so we can review the order for a replacement or refund.
For international orders, please allow up to 45 days before contacting us regarding a missing package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Returns and Refund Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Requests for damaged or defective items must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges
For non-defective items returned in original, unopened condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, ingestible products, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Talavéa Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are submitted after the 15-day return window.
